They are seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Director/Director of Digital Media Strategy. Your expertise in digital path flows, conversion rate optimization, and sponsorship management will play a crucial role in shaping impactful strategies for our clients. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, you will be a key player in their mission to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile accounts in banking, e-commerce, and consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries.
- Understand client needs and deliver exceptional service to drive satisfaction and retention.
Digital Strategies:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies across diverse sectors (e.g., banking, CPG, e-commerce).
- Leverage insights and data to align plans with organizational objectives and client needs.
Strategic Planning:
- Create plans that drive business growth and achieve client goals.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.Digital Optimization:
- Optimize digital campaigns across various platforms (social media, display, search) for maximum performance and ROI.
- Continuously monitor and improve campaign effectiveness.
Leadership and Team Motivation:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Foster collaboration and teamwork within the organization.
Hands-On Campaign Implementation:
- Implement and oversee digital campaigns for high-profile clients.
- Ensure seamless execution, tracking, and performance measurement.
Analytical Skills:
- Evaluate campaign performance metrics and interpret data insights.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvements.
Effective Communication:
- Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Present strategic plans, results, and insights in a compelling manner.
Campaign Management Tools and Technologies:
- Proficiency in campaign management and ad-serving technologies (e.g., DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Market Research and Data Analysis:
- Analyze market research data to inform campaign strategies.
