Job Details
- Lead the HR function for the New York branch of the company and report to the international Head of HR
- Act as an employee resource for HR questions on policies, benefits, and more
- Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and resolve issues as needed
- Oversee performance management and review process
- Provide support for company DEI initiatives and implement best practices
- Ensure total compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and statutes
- Salary: $150-180k annually, based on experience – plus bonus!

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years’ Human Resources leadership experience
- Previous FinTech or Financial Services industry experience, highly preferred
- Comfortable partnering with all levels of executives and employees
- Deep working knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Highest standard of confidentiality and discretion
