Description

Our client is a well-known performing arts organization. They are urgently seeking an HR Coordinator with onboarding experience to join the team on a temporary basis. The position is based fully on site in Downtown Manhattan and requires a time commitment of approximately four weeks. 

 

Job Details 

  • Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department 
  • Maintain accurate and up to date employee information in HRIS 
  • Process onboardings at a high volume, including I-9 verifications 
  • Monitor email inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely manner 
  • Pay Rate: $30 per hour 
  • Time Commitment: Approximately four weeks

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 2+ years’ HR Coordinator experience 
  • Must have high-volume onboarding experience, including I-9 verifications 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word 
  • Dedicated to detail, with excellent organizational skills 
  • Highly responsible, with proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
