Our client is a top international private equity firm. They are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join the team on a Temp-to-Perm basis. Job Details
- Answer and screen phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Warmly welcome clients, guests, and employees as they arrive
- Serve complimentary beverages to clients and guests
- Manage conference room bookings
- Provide calendar, expense, and travel management support to associates
- Various administrative tasks including data entry and presentation work
- Manage stock and ensure tidiness of kitchen, conference rooms, and print areas
- Pay Rate: $25-28 per hour, based on experience
- Time Commitment: Temp-to-perm

Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years’ experience in a client services / reception / administrative position
- Previous financial services industry experience, a major plus!
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Calendar
- Computer savvy and able to learn new software as needed
- Dedicated to providing excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
