Our client is a luxury hotel in Washington DC. They are seeking a motivated hospitality professional to join the team as an Assistant Hotel Manager.

Job Details
- Act as an overall hospitality and customer service resource
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out
- Problem-solve guest issues and ensure satisfaction
- Manage reservations and administrative tasks
- Work collaboratively with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure room inventory is maintained to the highest standard
- Manage shift schedules and ensure coverage for various positions
- Prepare financial reports and manage cash
- Oversee inventory and equipment statuses and place economical orders
- Some responsibilities related to the hotel restaurant
- Salary Range: $65-70k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of guest services experience in a high-end hospitality environment
- Familiar with and able to advise guests on local restaurants and attractions
- Personable and dedicated to customer service
- Punctual, reliable, and professional, with excellent sense of follow-up
- Able to troubleshoot and think on your feet to resolve issues as they arise
