Description

Our client is a prestigious global law firm with headquarters in NYC. They are seeking an experienced Docketing Clerk to join the Trademark team. The position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful Midtown, Manhattan office.

Job Details 

  • Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and other docketing staff 
  • Manage docketing, calendaring, and electronic filing in trademark cases 
  • Generate reports, including cost estimates and cumulative statuses 
  • Perform docket research and document coordination as needed 
  • Track inventory, room usage, file status, and provide general oversight of records 
  • Assist with updates and upgrades to PATTSY 
  • Provide new hire orientation and training to docketing staff 
  • Salary Range: $75-100k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required 
  • 4+ years’ experience with docketing on a Trademark/Intellectual Property team 
  • PATTSY experience required 
  • Must have knowledge of U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution
