Our client, a prestigious Family Office, is seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join the team. This position is fully on site in Midtown Manhattan.

Job Details
Provide the following support to the CEO and multiple family members:
- Manage assets, bank accounts, investments, and cash flows
- Prepare taxes and financial reports
- Manage expense reporting and credit card accounts
- Prepare financial paperwork and coordinate signatures
- Oversee private equity calls and distributions
- Manage payroll for office and family household staff
- Salary: $120-160k annually, based on experience

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Accounting or Finance major preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in Financial Services; CPA preferred
- Family Office or similar experience, highly preferred
- Highest level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality
- Excellent numerical skills and proficient in Excel
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours when urgently needed
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
