Our client is a boutique literary agency based in NYC. They are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The position is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in Midtown Manhattan.

Job Details
- Provide general administrative assistance to CEO
- Coordinate and manage team of two administrative assistants
- Answer phones, screen calls, and monitor email inbox
- Manage complex calendar and meeting schedule
- Collaborate effectively across teams and with all levels of employees
- Manage travel itineraries and documents
- Prepare and submit expense reports
- Some personal assistant work required
- Salary: $100-110k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 6 years’ Executive Assistant experience at the C level
- Prior industry experience in publishing or entertainment, highly preferred!
- Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook calendar management
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize sound judgement
