As an Associate Director, Programmatic, you will be responsible for driving campaign performance and optimization. This includes overseeing daily account management, creating and implementing strategies, tracking performance against goals, and ensuring adherence to deadlines. Additionally, you will lead a team, engage with vendors to enhance programmatic capabilities, and contribute to research and development efforts for automation and machine learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive campaign performance, meeting client targets and delivering insightful narratives.
- Develop and implement programmatic advertising strategies for multiple clients.
- Manage campaign KPIs and deadlines.
- Evaluate and engage vendors to improve programmatic capabilities.
- Contribute to internal research and development initiatives.
- Ensure best practices and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Establish quality control procedures for programmatic campaigns.
- Manage and develop team members, including training and mentoring.
- Resolve client issues and coordinate team efforts.
- Communicate programmatic value and processes to drive account growth.
- Align programmatic strategy with other media channels.
- Manage advertising spend and collaborate with channel specialists.
- Prepare client media plans and reports.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing data-driven programmatic campaigns.
- Understanding of Programmatic Advertising's interaction with other channels.
- Diverse experience across verticals and campaign types.
- Familiarity with The Trade Desk or DV360 is advantageous.
- Proficiency in designing high-performance programmatic campaigns, including budget allocation and measurement plans.
The salary ranges between $105,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience.
