Our client is a premiere law firm with offices across the US and the UK. They are seeking an HR Assistant to support the Human Resources team. The position is on site at their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan, and they offer excellent benefits!
Job Details
- Act as point person for employee HR inquiries
- Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee information in HRIS
- Draft, proofread, and edit documents in Microsoft Word
- Manage information in Excel spreadsheets
- Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment
- Coordinate department events and meetings
- Assist with various payroll related tasks
- Salary: $55-65k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 1-2 years’ HR experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Dedicated to detail, with excellent organizational skills
- Highly responsible, with proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities
- Personable and able to communicate well, verbally and in writing
