Our client is an international law firm headquartered in NYC. They are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days at their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan. Job Details
- Provide general administrative assistance
- Manage benefits department email and phone line
- Enter and update employee information in Workday
- Assist with and coordinate new hire benefit orientations
- Process invoices and prepare expense reports
- Manage department filing and mail
- Other projects and duties as assigned
- Salary: $60-70k annually, based on experience
- Fantastic benefits package includes health insurance, generous PTO, and 401(k)
Skills & Qualifications
- College degree required
- 1-2 years' HR & benefits experience
- Workday experience highly preferred
- Tech-savvy and confident in Microsoft Office Suite
- Top-notch communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion
