Our client, an interactive media company specializing in the Toy & Gaming industry, is seeking a Licensing Coordinator to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 2 out of 5 days at their office in the Flatiron district of Manhattan.

Job Details
- Work collaboratively with Licensing Manager
- Create pitch decks and other marketing materials
- Assist with licensing negotiations and approvals process
- Manage projects and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Provide general administrative and organizational support
- Assist with business development initiatives
- Salary: $60-75k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of sales, marketing, or similar experience
- Japanese language proficiency and interest in anime, a major plus!
- Dedicated to details, with excellent project management skills
- Proven ability to maintain utmost confidentiality regarding sensitive information
