Our client, a prestigious Real Estate investment firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The position is hybrid and based 4 days at their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan, with 1 day WFH. Job Details
- Manage the CEO's calendar and keep them apprised of all commitments
- Coordinate meeting details, including preparing materials and scheduling
- Arrange travel and logistics
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO
- Prepare and submit detailed expense reports, including light accounting work
- Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality
- Salary: $90-100k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives
- Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Dedicated to details, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highest standard of confidentiality and discretion
