Description
A premiere international law firm is seeking a Legal Marketing Specialist to join their Life Sciences and Health Care practice.
Who You Are
- You have 5+ years of marketing or business development experience, either in a law firm OR life sciences/health care industry environment
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong experience with pitches, RFPs, marketing campaigns, events, and client development initiatives
- Excellent project management, writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating across global teams and time zones
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate RFPs, pitches, presentations, credentials, and new business materials
- Execute marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives across life sciences, health care, digital health, medtech, AI, and related areas
- Support client development through market research, targeting initiatives, outreach, and follow-up
- Coordinate seminars, webinars, industry events, sponsorships, and association relationships
- Support directory submissions, newsletters, social media, and other profile-raising activities
- Partner with attorneys and global colleagues to advance sector and practice priorities
What Success Looks Like
- Marketing and business development initiatives generate stronger visibility and client engagement
- Attorneys receive timely, high-quality support for pitches and growth opportunities
- Campaigns and events are executed effectively across global teams
- Market insights and targeted initiatives help uncover new business opportunities
Salary Range: $85,000 – 115,000 annually, based on experience
Location: Washington, D.C. – Hybrid (4 days on site, 1 remote)
