Description
An Am Law 100 firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join the team on a temp-to-perm basis.
Who You Are
- You have 5+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experience
- Advanced Relativity experience, including database setup, QC workflows, productions, and ongoing database management
- Substantive trial experience, including exhibit management, courtroom technology, and hands-on support during proceedings
- Strong knowledge of eDiscovery, legal research, court filings, and Bluebook citation standards
- Proficient with platforms such as IPRO, Westlaw, LexisNexis, and PACER; Trial Director or OnCue experience is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of large-scale discovery projects, including document collections, review databases, productions, and privilege logs
- Coordinate electronic and paper court filings and maintain critical case information and deadlines
- Conduct legal and factual research and prepare summaries, memoranda, and discovery materials
- Manage deposition transcripts, exhibits, witness materials, and specialized document collections
- Coordinate with eDiscovery vendors and litigation support teams while performing quality control
- Provide hands-on support for trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions, including courtroom technology and exhibit presentation
What Success Looks Like
- Complex discovery workflows and Relativity databases are managed accurately from setup through production
- Litigation teams have organized, reliable access to critical case information and evidence
- Trial teams receive confident, hands-on support before and during proceedings
- Multiple complex matters move forward efficiently while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Pay Rate Range: $61-78 per hour, based on experience
Location: Los Angeles, CA – Hybrid
