Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree required; experience in a law firm, legal tech, or technology environment is a plus
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Quick to learn new technologies, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Passionate about the intersection of AI, legal technology, and knowledge management
What You'll Do
- Test and evaluate AI tools, document findings, and support firm-wide AI initiatives
- Develop and maintain knowledge resources, SharePoint sites, and work product libraries
- Create training materials and help attorneys adopt new technology and AI tools
- Support legal technology, knowledge management, and innovation projects across the firm
- Collaborate with attorneys and business teams to improve workflows and information sharing

Salary Range: $65,000 – 75,000 annually, based on experience
Location: Roseland, NJ – Hybrid
