Our client, a leading law firm based in NYC, is seeking a Business Development Specialist.
Who You Are
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- You have 2–5 years of business development or marketing experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
- Experienced preparing pitches, proposals, and RFP responses
- Strong writing, editing, and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM and proposal management platform experience is a plus
What You’ll Do
- Support business development and marketing initiatives for the firm's litigation practices
- Prepare pitches, proposals, presentations, and client-facing marketing materials
- Conduct market, client, and competitive research to identify business opportunities
- Maintain practice descriptions, attorney biographies, and marketing databases
- Coordinate client events, sponsorships, and profile-raising initiatives
- Track business development activity and collaborate with attorneys and marketing leadership on strategic projects

- High-quality pitches and marketing materials help drive new business opportunities
- Attorneys receive proactive, responsive business development support
- Marketing initiatives and client events are executed efficiently
- Business development efforts strengthen client relationships and market visibility
Salary Range: $95,000 – 105,000 annually, based on experience
Location: New York, NY – Hybrid
