A boutique financial services firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant Office Manager to join the team in New York City.
Who You Are
- You have 5-10 years of experience in both office management and executive assistant roles
- Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple priorities and responsibilities
- Hands-on and willing to handle both strategic and day-to-day operational tasks
- Experience in smaller, entrepreneurial environments preferred
What You’ll Do
- Manage reception, visitor experience, and meeting room coordination
- Support executive scheduling, travel arrangements, and day-to-day administrative needs
- Coordinate vendors, deliveries, office supplies, and facility-related requests
- Assist with document preparation, filing, research, and special projects
- Provide operational and administrative support across the office as needed

- The office operates smoothly and efficiently with minimal oversight
- Executives and team members receive proactive, reliable support
- Visitors experience a professional and welcoming environment
- Priorities are managed effectively in a dynamic, fast-moving setting
- Administrative and operational tasks are completed accurately and on time
Salary Range: $120,000 – 130,000 annually, based on experience
Location: New York, NY – Fully on site
