Who You Are
- You have 2-5 years of experience in office operations, corporate hospitality, or reception
- Professional, service-oriented, and comfortable interacting with executives and visitors
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Familiar with visitor management and workplace security processes
- Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, or Jira, preferred
What You’ll Do
- Manage front desk operations and visitor experience
- Coordinate office logistics, security procedures, and daily workplace needs
- Support meeting setups, catering, deliveries, and occasional events
- Maintain a polished, organized office environment
- Assist leadership and employees with day-to-day operational support

- Visitors receive a professional and welcoming experience
- Office operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Workplace spaces remain organized and client-ready
- Issues are resolved proactively with minimal disruption

Salary Range: $65,000 – 70,000 annually, based on experience
Location: New York, NY – Fully on site
