What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for clients, helping them understand platform capabilities and best practices
- Translate client goals and performance data into strategic recommendations that improve outcomes and ROI
- Troubleshoot issues across integrations, tagging, pixel tracking, and campaign delivery
- Analyze campaign data, build reports, and deliver insights that support smarter decision‑making
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to advocate for client needs and influence platform enhancements
- Strengthen client relationships by providing ongoing guidance, support, and proactive communication
- Oversee multiple client initiatives, ensuring timelines, expectations, and deliverables stay on track

Who You Are
- A client‑facing professional with 5+ years of experience in AdTech, digital media, or programmatic advertising
- Someone who understands the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and the workflows that connect them
- Confident navigating technical conversations, from implementation details to performance optimization
- Skilled in JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and data analysis tools, with the ability to work comfortably with large datasets
- Familiar with APIs, SDKs, ad‑serving tags, and web analytics tools
- A relationship‑builder who can earn trust and maintain long‑term client partnerships
- Able to manage multiple projects at once while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed
Salary Range: $110,000 – 125,000 per year, based on experience
Location: Woodcliff Lake, NJ
