What You’ll Do
- Lead day‑to‑day digital activation across programmatic, paid search, paid social, and display, ensuring campaigns launch smoothly and deliver against performance expectations
- Translate strategic media direction into clear, actionable channel plans in partnership with strategy leads and channel specialists
- Monitor campaign health, troubleshoot performance challenges, and drive ongoing optimization to improve results
- Oversee tagging, tracking, and measurement accuracy to ensure data integrity and reliable attribution
- Coordinate with cross‑channel teams to maintain cohesive, full‑funnel execution
- Present performance insights, explain results, and address client questions related to activation and optimization
- Identify risks early and guide resolution efforts across internal teams

Who You Are
- A digital media practitioner with 5–8 years of experience activating and optimizing campaigns across programmatic, search, social, and display
- Someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, turning high‑level plans into channel‑specific action
- A performance‑driven thinker who can quickly diagnose issues, uncover opportunities, and guide teams toward stronger outcomes
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced agency environments and managing complex, multi‑channel programs
- Confident communicating with internal partners and clients, especially when explaining performance drivers or optimization decisions
Salary Range: $130,000 – 140,000 per year, based on experience
Location: New York, NY - Hybrid
