Verify a Gainor Recruiter or Job Opportunity

We’re here to help you confirm that your communication with Gainor is legitimate.

Before you proceed, check the following:

  • The email/messages come from @gainor.net or LinkedIn messages directly from a recruiter affiliated with Gainor. (link to Our Team page)
  • You applied through Gainor’s website or our official LinkedIn page
  • The recruiter can be found on LinkedIn and is and is affiliated with Gainor.
  • You can find information about recruiters on our team here.

Be cautious if:

  • The email comes from Gmail, Outlook, or another non-@gainor.net domain
  • You are asked to complete a chat-only interview
  • You are given a check

What Gainor Will NEVER Do:

  • Ask for payment or fees at any stage of the hiring process
  • Send checks for equipment or request financial transactions
  • Conduct hiring solely through chat or messaging platforms

If you’re unsure that your communication is legitimate, you can confirm directly with our team:

Email verify@gainor.net with the following information:

  • The recruiter’s name
  • Email address used
  • The job title you have been contacted about (if applicable)
  • Any screenshots or other details

Our team will review and respond as quickly as possible

If You Believe You Were Contacted by a Scammer

We recommend taking the following steps:

  • Stop all contact with the scammer
  • Do not share any additional personal information
  • Contact your bank immediately if financial information was shared, or if you attempted to cash a check provided by the scammer
