Our client, one of the world’s largest investment management firms, is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant. The position is fully on site at their beautiful Midtown, Manhattan office. The firm offers excellent benefits and unique perks, including free breakfast and lunch!
Who You Are
- A skilled Executive Assistant with at least 15 years’ experience in supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, high-performance environments
- Experienced in managing complex calendars, travel logistics, and executive communications
- Exceptionally organized and detail-driven, with a natural ability to bring structure to complexity
- A proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and takes initiative
- A trusted partner who exercises sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism
- Willing and able to work in-office five days per week and available for extended hours as needed
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day operations and act as a strategic administrative partner
- Coordinate meetings across time zones and proactively resolving conflicts
- Manage global travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and on-site arrangements
- Draft and manage communications, meeting notes, and presentation materials
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and high-profile relationships
- Bring structure to workflows, track follow-ups, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Salary Range: $170,000 – 180,000 annually, based on experience
