Our client, a prestigious global law firm known for its collaborative culture and innovative legal solutions, is seeking a Billing & Collections Supervisor to join the team. Who You Are
- You have 10+ years of billing and collections experience, primarily within midsize or large law firms
- You bring at least 3 years of experience leading or supervising billing and collections teams
- You collaborate well with attorneys, practice leaders, and finance partners
- Possess strong working knowledge of legal billing systems, ideally 3E Elite
- You are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with billing and AR data
- You handle confidential client and financial information with discretion
- Flexible during peak billing cycles, including evenings or weekends when needed
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support billing and collections teams to ensure consistent, high-quality performance
- Oversee billing operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with client agreements
- Monitor receivables and unbilled time, addressing risks to cash flow proactively
- Partner with the Revenue Manager to track performance metrics and financial health
- Prepare and deliver regular billing and AR reports for senior leadership
- Work with attorneys and finance teams to resolve billing questions and disputes
- Maintain billing policies and ensure coverage during high-volume cycles
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives

- Invoices are issued accurately, on time, and in compliance with client requirements
- AR cycle times improve while client relationships remain strong
- Leadership has clear visibility into billing and revenue performance
- Attorneys and clients receive responsive, solutions-focused support
- The billing and collections team is engaged, well-trained, and consistently meeting expectations
Salary Range: $160,000 – 175,000 annually, based on experience
