An industry leader in cutting-edge technology and infrastructure solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to support the Corporate Counsel and legal team.
Who You Are
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
- Bring 5+ years of relevant paralegal experience in a corporate or law firm setting
- Have strong interest in corporate and securities law
- Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and document management systems
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and tracking deadlines
- Maintain corporate records, minute books, and organizational documents
- Assist with SEC filings such as Forms 8-K, 10-K, 10-Q, and Section 16 reports
- Prepare board and shareholder materials, consents, and resolutions
- Conduct legal and regulatory research and summarize findings in clear memos
- Support due diligence and closing processes for corporate transactions
- Organize and maintain a structured legal document repository with version control
- Help implement compliance programs and monitor regulatory changes
- Coordinate calendars, deadlines, and communications for the legal team
- Collaborate with internal departments and external counsel on legal matters

- Contracts and legal documents are accurate, timely, and well-organized
- SEC filings and corporate governance materials meet compliance standards
- Legal research and regulatory updates are delivered clearly and proactively
- Corporate records and entity documentation are consistently maintained
- Internal and external stakeholders experience seamless communication and support
Salary Range: $90,000 – 120,000 annually
Location: Denver, CO – On site
