What You’ll Do

  • Shape and promote the organization’s employer brand to attract top talent
  • Partner with marketing and communications to deliver consistent messaging across platforms
  • Drive recruitment marketing campaigns to reach diverse candidate pools
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to design effective strategies for filling roles quickly and efficiently
  • Create and oversee a structured onboarding program that ensures new hires feel welcomed and supported
  • Launch initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  • Work closely with HR and leadership to identify opportunities for cultural improvement and implement solutions
  • Represent the organization at industry events, universities, and professional networks to expand visibility

Salary Range: $125,000 – 130,000 annually, based on experience

Location: NYC – Hybrid
