Who You Are
- You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- You have at least 6 years of experience in business development, marketing, or communications within professional services or a comparable corporate environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of an organization
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with research tools and databases for competitive intelligence
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising team members and managing processes
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and exercises sound judgment
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and execution of annual business development plans
- Manage responses to RFPs and create compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
- Drive profile-raising initiatives including directory submissions, industry surveys, awards, and accolades
- Collaborate with practice leaders and BD leadership to establish budgets and track progress toward strategic goals
- Support client targeting campaigns, networking events, and thought leadership programs to strengthen relationships and expand market presence
- Oversee CRM data management and reporting to inform marketing strategies
- Provide onboarding and integration support for lateral hires and assist with lawyer training on business development best practices
- Supervise and mentor junior team members while ensuring high-quality deliverables

Salary Range: $150,000 – 200,000 annually, based on experience
