Our client is a leading law firm with offices across the country. They are seeking an Office Services Coordinator to join the team. The position is fully on-site at their beautiful office in Midtown Manhattan.
Who You Are
- You have at least one year of experience in office services, administration, events, or similar
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for early, late, or weekend events
- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and stay on your feet for extended periods
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a professional demeanor
- Skilled in verbal communication and able to interact effectively with internal clients
- Committed to maintaining confidentiality and delivering exceptional service
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate mailroom operations including sorting, delivering, and preparing outgoing packages
- Manage messenger services for internal errands and external deliveries
- Support office setups, furniture moves, and event preparation and breakdown
- Handle document management and data entry tasks accurately
- Oversee copy, scanning, and printing projects while ensuring equipment is in good working order
- Maintain supply rooms and ensure copy areas are stocked
- Assist with conference room requests, food deliveries, and meeting setups
- Keep pantry and kitchen areas organized, stocked, and clean
What Success Looks Like
- Mail and package deliveries are timely and accurate
- Conference rooms and events are set up seamlessly with all details handled
- Office spaces and supply areas remain organized and fully stocked
- Copy and scanning projects meet deadlines without errors
- Internal clients receive responsive, professional service every time
Salary Range: $60,000 – 63,000 annually, based on experience
