A real estate firm recognized for curating some of New York’s most architecturally significant and culturally resonant buildings is seeking a Property Administrator to join its operations team.
Who You Are
- You bring 1–2 years of experience in commercial property management and a deep understanding of what it takes to keep a professional office running smoothly
- Comfortable navigating software like Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and common property management systems like Yardi, Prism, Avid, or Payscan
- Clear communicator, highly organized, and customer-service oriented
What You’ll Do
- Act as the first point of contact at the front desk, handling calls with professionalism and warmth while routing information accurately
- Oversee key administrative functions including mail and courier handling, digital and physical file management, and supply ordering
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes for tenants
- Review, track, and process accounts payable and receivable invoices, including vendor payments and monthly tenant statements
- Maintain compliance documents such as Certificates of Insurance
- Enforce building policies and manage service requests
- Liaise between tenants and building management, distributing updates, scheduling meetings, and supporting tenant events
- Prepare and maintain logs of after-hours building activity and ensure all operational records are up to date

- Administrative operations run seamlessly with minimal oversight and no disruption to daily activities
- All building policies and compliance requirements are met consistently and accurately
- Vendor payments and tenant billing are handled efficiently and on schedule
- You’re recognized as a reliable team member who helps the office stay organized, productive, and proactive
Salary Range: $65,000 – 70,000 annually, based on experience
Location: New York, NY – On site
