Who You Are
- Experienced recruiter with 3–5 years of hands-on talent acquisition work
- Experience working in a staffing agency and in a corporate setting
- Law firm background NOT required
- Comfortable juggling 20–30 requisitions across diverse departments
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
What You’ll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to fill roles in IT, finance, billing, reception, and more
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for non-attorney positions
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for both temporary and permanent openings
- Keep pace with high-volume recruiting demands while maintaining quality
- Contribute to team culture and support evolving business needs
- Work onsite four days a week with Fridays remote

Pay Rate: $38 - $45 hourly, based on experience
Location: Hybrid
