Our client is a top-rated law firm serving the entertainment industry. They are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join the team in New York City. This role is hybrid and the firm offers excellent benefits! 

Who You Are 

  • A paralegal with a bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience supporting corporate or transactional legal work 
  • Confident drafting legal documents such as operating agreements and resolutions 
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using document management tools 
  • Must have experience with private equity 
  • Paralegal certification, a major plus! 

What You’ll Do 

  • Support attorneys with entity formation and maintenance across various jurisdictions 
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, title companies, production counsel, and other stakeholders 
  • Prepare for deal closings by managing signature packets, assembling binders, and coordinating filings 
  • Conduct UCC searches and filings, and assist with intellectual property and rights documentation 
  • Draft and organize corporate documents including bylaws and consents 
  • Maintain corporate records and assist with governance tracking 
  • Coordinate notarizations, apostilles, and document legalizations 
  • Track production and deal-related deadlines and deliverables

Salary Range: $65,000 – 80,000 annually, based on experience
