A leading private equity firm specializing in commercial finance is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its close-knit, high-impact team. This position is based fully on site in New York City.
Who You Are
- A highly organized administrative professional with 3–5 years of experience in executive support and/or office management — ideally within finance, private equity, or a similarly fast-paced environment
- A clear communicator with a knack for juggling multiple priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and staying calm under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other digital tools; bonus points if you’ve dabbled in workflow automation (e.g., Power Automate, Python)
- Someone who values stability and is looking to grow with a team for at least the next two years
- A team player who thrives in a close-knit, collaborative office culture
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-level support to senior executives, including managing calendars, coordinating travel, and preparing meeting materials
- Manage office operations, including greeting visitors, ordering supplies, and liaising with vendors/building management
- Coordinate meetings and events, including room setup and catering
- Support onboarding/tech setup for new hires and assist with general IT troubleshooting
- Assist with special projects such as holiday gifting and team outings

Company Details, Compensation, and Perks
- Competitive salary range of $85,000 – 105,000 annually, based on experience
