Who You Are
- A skilled litigation paralegal with at least 5 years’ experience in managing complex legal matters from start to finish
- Experienced in both federal and state court procedures, with a solid grasp of trial preparation and courtroom logistics
- Proficient in litigation support tools such as Relativity, CaseMap, and Trial Director, and comfortable navigating multiple case management systems
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a proactive mindset and a commitment to delivering timely, high-quality work
- A collaborative team player who thrives under pressure and communicates effectively with attorneys, clients, and support staff
- You meet or exceed a 1550 billable hour target annually and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
What You’ll Do
- Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception to resolution
- Organize and manage case files, discovery materials, and databases across multiple jurisdictions
- Prepare and file legal documents, including motions, exhibits, and declarations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court rules
- Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including exhibit management, witness coordination, and courtroom logistics
- Attend hearings and trials as needed, providing real-time support and managing presentation tools
- Track and manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and court schedules using tools like CompuLaw and Outlook
- Conduct factual research and document review to support case strategy and filings
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of litigation tasks

- You contribute to a smooth trial process by ensuring all materials are organized, accessible, and presentation-ready
- You demonstrate initiative in identifying process improvements and supporting firm-wide best practices
- You maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion, especially in high-stakes or confidential matters
