They are seeking a Facilities/Office Coordinator to support daily operations and elevate the employee and client experience.   • A natural communicator who brings warmth, professionalism, and reliability to every interaction 
  • Experienced in supporting cross-functional teams, including HR and IT 

What You’ll Do 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience 
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including mail handling, supply stocking, and vendor coordination 
  • Maintain shared spaces to reflect a high standard of cleanliness 
  • Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings 
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including access management and welcome kits 
  • Liaise with building management and external vendors for maintenance, repairs, and service requests 
  • Assist with internal events, office moves, and special projects as needed

Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience 

Location: New York, NY – fully on site
