With a hybrid work structure and offices in major global markets, they’re seeking an Associate Knowledge Manager to assist consultants with recruiting support, client service, and operational coordination. This is a high-impact position for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and adaptable professional ready to contribute to a growing, results-driven organization. Candidates with experience in professional services, executive search, or client-focused support roles are strongly encouraged to apply. This is a hybrid position in NYC. 

 

Salary Range: $80-88k annually, based on experience 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Perform general administrative tasks in support of consultants and Knowledge Management team 
  • Provide scheduling, logistical, and technological support for meetings and interviews 
  • Collect, synthesize, and record information in ATS/CRM 
  • Perform research and present findings upon request 
  • Manage office inventory and answer phones 
  • Perform data hygiene tasks, including correcting transcriptions and updating old information in systems 

 

Key Candidate Requirements: 

  • 2+ years in a support or coordination role within executive search, recruiting, or professional services 
  • Experience supporting senior-level professionals is highly preferred 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments 
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and quick to learn internal systems and databases 
  • Proactive, highly responsive, and solution-focused, with a commitment to high-touch service and the ability to anticipate team needs
