Description
Our client, a prestigious investment management firm, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support a senior executive. The position is on site at their beautiful Midtown, Manhattan office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Draft correspondence and communicate with external stakeholders
- Manage complex calendaring and expense reporting
- Coordinate, schedule, and plan executive board meetings
- Project management as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of corporate Executive Assistant experience
- Experienced with planning board meetings
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to take initiative
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Salary Range: $115,000 - 125,000 annually, based on experience
