Description
Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking an Office Manager to join their wonderful team! This position is fully onsite at their beautiful Manhattan office!
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and guests
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer to the appropriate department
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any office related issues
- Manage common areas and ensure they are clean and organized
- Maintain office supply inventory and work with vendors on deliveries
- Coordinate logistics for meetings (conference room booking, catering, etc.)
- Maintain office records and files
- Calendar management (meetings, travel, etc.)
- Travel Management (book flights, accommodation, etc.)
- Assist in meetings (minutes, documentation, agendas)
- Handle onboarding for new board members
- Serve and primary point of contact for the CEO and CAO
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in office management or administrative support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in non-profit sector is a plus
- Ability to travel throughout New York City as needed
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Bilingual is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Salary: $60,000 - $64,350 based on experience
