Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Legal Practice Assistant to join their team! This position is hybrid with 3 days based in their wonderful Hackensack, New Jersey office.
Job Responsibilities
- Calendar management (scheduling meetings, appointments, calls, etc.)
- Arrange travel for attorneys including booking flights and accommodations
- Screen phone calls and effectively prioritize
- Draft and edit documents
- Schedule meeting and conference calls
- Track and submit expenses
- Enter attorney timesheets
- Manage and update records and files
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of legal administrative support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate with others as well as work independently
Salary Range: $75,000 - $115,000 based on experience
