Our client is a highly renowned fashion co. based in NYC. They are seeking a Director of Total Rewards to join their team! This position is fully onsite at their wonderful Midtown, Manhattan office.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead design and administration of benefit plans and programs
- Collaborate with colleagues in Finance, legal and Payroll to manage benefit plans
- Create relationships with vendors and evaluate optimal service and support
- Develop and launce wellness initiatives, programs, and events
- Ensure all programs are compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Design and analyze all compensation structures
- Conduct market analyses
- Oversee annual salary review
- Utilize data to assess program effectiveness
- Forecast trends
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years’ experience in benefits management/administration
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or related platform
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
Salary Range: $125,000 – $155,000 based on experience
