Our client, an established global Real Estate asset manager, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their real estate team! This position is fully on-site at their beautiful office in Manhattan.
Job Responsibilities
- Review and modify PowerPoint presentations
- Extensive calendar management and scheduling utilizing Outlook
- Document preparation for meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Respond to emails and other requests with accuracy and a courteous demeanor
- Work independently on projects and anticipate the team’s needs
- Perform administrative tasks such as mailing, copying, and scanning
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 – 5 years of Administrative Assistant experience
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with proper discretions
- Experience with Concur and legal document management is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + OT based on experience
