Description
Our client, an established global Real Estate asset manager, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their legal team! This position is fully on-site at their beautiful office in Manhattan.
Job Responsibilities
- Review documents and request or add signatures as required
- Prepare documents for meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Proofread documents for accuracy
- Extensive legal invoicing
- Calendar management and scheduling
- Coordinate travel arrangements for quarterly board meetings (flights, hotel, catering, transportation)
- Create expense reports
- Project management (Approval routes, workflow, etc.)
- Collaborate with the legal coordinator to anticipate the department needs
- Perform administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and mailing
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 – 5 years of Administrative Assistant or Paralegal experience
- Current Notary Public or willingness to become a Notary within 6 months of start date
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with proper discretions
- Experience with Concur and legal document management is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 + OT based on experience
