Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a Program Manager to join their wonderful team! This position is hybrid with 3 days at their beautiful Manhattan office!
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and evaluate Program Directors on their alignment with the company mission and values
- Full cycle recruitment
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to make sure program is in alignment with operational procedures
- Build relationships and work with key stakeholders
- Develop systems to help manage day-to-day operations (attendance, reporting, evaluation, etc.)
- Work with Program Directors to set goals and track budgets
- Obtain or renew SACC licenses and ensure compliance with requirements
- Track Training hours and maintain detailed training logs for all staff
- Conduct site visite to oversee implementation and maintenance of programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Work, Child Development or related field
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- NYS OCFS School Age Child Care Director credentials preferred
- Working knowledge of public education and after school systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Competency in data analysis
- Organizational and project management skills
- Ability to lead and manage a diverse team
- Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel to different program locations
- Demonstrated commitment to DEI
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 based on experience
