Description
Our client, a premiere international law firm, is seeking a Lateral Recruitment Specialist to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days per week at their office in Manhattan.
Job Responsibilities
- Work directly with partners throughout the recruitment process
- Build relationships and communicate with headhunters regarding individual candidates and the firm’s need
- Schedule candidate interviews (virtual and in-person) and collect feedback and evaluations
- Greet candidates for interviews virtually and in-person
- Escort candidates to in-person interviews
- Assist with candidate due diligence process
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and electronic files
- Process invoices conduct research and assist with data collection
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years’ experience working in a professional office environment
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities at once, take initiative, and work independently
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to act professionally and use sound judgement
- Proficient computer skills
Salary Range: $80,000 to $115,000
