Description
Our client, a law firm based in New York, NY, is seeking an Operations Support Supervisor to join their team. This role will provide oversight of the operations support and paralegal teams ensuring there is exceptional and balanced support for all attorneys. This role will also assist the operations team in general oversight of the premises and operational services.
Establishing positive work relationships with clients, attorneys and business professionals is necessary for success in this role

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the operations support and paralegal teams, including scheduling, performance and training
- Performance monitoring including workload and productivity
- Coordinate workflow and ensure goals are met
- Conduct performance reviews
- Implement processes to create efficiencies
- Provide input on hiring for these teams
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and operational procedures
- Gather operational information on space, equipment and costs
- Assist with budget preparation
- Process invoices in the firm’s accounting system
- Assist with vendor management and relationships

- Proficiency in outlook, iManage, Excel, EMS and other firm applications
- 2-5 years of experience in operations within a law firm or professional services industry. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 based on experience.
