Our client, a leading national litigation boutique, is seeking a Recruiting & HR Coordinator to support attorney and professional staff recruiting and human resources activities. The firm is known for its culture and dedication to high-profile litigation and investigations.
This is a hybrid role and the position can sit in their New York or Washington, D.C. office.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor the Careers inbox daily and create profiles for attorney candidates in viDesktop.
- Ensure attorney applications meet the minimum requirements and track application status, interview evaluations, and offers.
- Schedule in-person and virtual interviews for attorney and staff candidates.
- Draft and send candidate communications, including interview confirmations and rejection letters.
- Coordinate with local admin teams regarding interviews and recruiting events.
- Track attorney and staff hiring updates weekly and store search firm fee agreements in Net Docs.
- Assist with tracking attorney bar admissions, CLE certificates, and compliance periods.
- Support the CLE accreditation process and track attendance for internal CLE events.
- Provide onsite support for interviews and recruiting events in the local office.
- Manage viDesktop credentials and access for new hires and employees.
- Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation schedules.
- Assist with various recruiting and HR projects, providing backup to local admin teams as needed.
- May need to be onsite for in-person attorney interviews in local office.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree with a minimum of 2 years of recruiting and/or HR experience in an Amlaw 200 or top-tier litigation boutique.
- Experience supporting attorneys and partners.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in viDesktop and Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new software platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple offices.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to anticipating recruitment needs and follow-through.

Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 based on experience.
