Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Lateral Recruitment Specialist to join their team. This role involves coordinating all phases of lateral partner recruiting for offices in New York, Washington, DC, Charlotte, and London. The individual will collaborate with senior leadership to support the firm’s strategic goals in partner recruitment, ensuring a seamless process from candidate identification to onboarding.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior partners to manage the recruiting process for lateral hires.
- Build relationships with headhunters and communicate firm needs and candidate requirements.
- Schedule and organize virtual and in-person candidate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Greet and escort candidates during interviews and manage the overall candidate experience.
- Assist with the due diligence process for candidates.
- Maintain the applicant tracking database and electronic candidate files.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new lateral partners.
- Manage invoices, conduct research, and assist with data collection as needed.
- Handle additional tasks as they arise.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional office
- Excellent computer skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Professional judgment and ability to work independently.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000 based on experience with excellent benefits.
