A leading real estate developer and asset manager, with over 175 properties under management, fosters innovative thinking and a commitment to growing the company by developing their team. In response to company growth, they are seeking a Senior Director, Finance & Analysis to lead the function for the company. This role involves directing team members,  platforms and resources to skillfully integrate, analyze, and present key data to guide operating and investment decisions. This position is ideal for those eager to join a successful team and make a significant leadership impact on an established organization primed for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team of analysts, defining methodologies, leading training/upskilling, and ensuring accurate communication of reporting and predictive analytics to all company divisions.
- Analyze, report & communicate property, portfolio and company level performance.
- Inform and advise C-suite leadership through sound and well-communicated insights and recommendations
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of financial reporting for investor and board presentations.
- Oversee advanced financial and operating data analysis using Excel, SQL, and Argus, deriving actionable insights on financial and operating performance at the company, portfolio and property levels.
- Evaluate and enhance data modeling methodologies and data stack, proposing and implementing improvements.
- Provide benchmark analysis for economic and market data.
Desired Experience
- 18+ years in financial analysis, including 5+ years managing a high-performance team.
- Strong command of best practices for financial and data analysis within top real estate firms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.

- Advanced knowledge of ARGUS and MRI.

* Salary Range: $175,000-$200,000 based on experience.
