Our client, a leading law firm based in NYC, is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days per week at their Midtown, Manhattan office. The firm offers excellent benefits including generous PTO and 401(k) with matching!

Job Details
- Research, design, and implement HRIS workflows
- Identify opportunities for improvement of HRIS procedures
- Drive efforts for self-service functionality
- Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity
- Provide training to new users and act as a resource for questions
- Develop and distribute documentation and user guides
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to provide HRIS and data solutions
- Salary Range: $150-175k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required – HR or Computer Science major preferred
- 5-8 years of HRIS management experience
- Must have experience in handling an HRIS implementation
- Must have Power BI Desktop & SQL knowledge
- Must have advanced Excel skills, including knowledge of VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
- Experience with UltiPro, Peoplesoft, or ADP, highly preferred
- Well-versed in HR best practices and dedicated to confidentiality
- Experienced in synthesizing complex data trends and workflows in a clear, user-friendly manner
