Our client, a luxury NYC-based real estate firm, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager. This position is based out of their beautiful office in Manhattan. They are a tight-knit team and offer excellent benefits, including generous PTO!

Job Details
- Manage lease renewals and new negotiations/closings
- Assist with marketing efforts
- Oversee apartment turnover process
- Prepare occupancy reports and similar
- Resolve resident relations issues
- Manage rent collection and arrears
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Salary: $80-95k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3 years’ experience in an Assistant Property Manager role or similar
- Must have active NYS Real Estate License and luxury residential property experience
- Excellent Customer Service skills and strong sense of follow-up
- Tech savvy and confident in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Detail oriented, collaborative, and highly organized
- Top-notch verbal and written communication skills
