Our client is a Jewish educational non-profit organization. They are seeking an Events Management Associate to join the team. This position is hybrid (2/5 days in office) and requires occasional evening and weekend event support.

Job Details
- Oversee planning and execution of a variety of in-person and virtual events, such as lectures and galas
- Plan and manage event budgets in coordination with senior leadership
- Provide travel and logistics coordination for speakers and VIP guests
- Manage event guest lists, invitations, registrations, and post-event follow-ups
- Work collaboratively with marketing team to develop promotional materials
- Contract and coordinate with vendors such as venues, catering, and audio-visual technology
- Provide occasional real-time event coordination and support during evenings and weekends
- Salary Range: $65-70k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience in Events Management
- Non-profits and/or Raiser’s Edge experience, a major plus!
- Able to work occasional evenings and weekends to support events
- Experienced with budget management and vendor/contract negotiation
- Focused, organized, self-motivated, and collaborative
- Passionate about Jewish education
